Steve’s Poké Bar

BRANDING, PRINT + SIGNAGE DESIGN

Steve’s Poké Bar is an authentic Hawaiian restaurant serving a variety of fresh sashimi with customizable options as well as traditional bowls. The owners wanted their branding to be clean, modern and bright while finding a balance between a Hawaiian vibe and West Coast minimalist feel.

The result of their branding is very clear, just like the name. The word “poké” translates to fish on rice, just as the logo and name represent. We focused on creating a brand that felt simple and most importantly, fresh, just like the fish they serve. The nostalgic script adds a personal touch for Steve, which is perfect as he is the face of this family run joint.
